One of the leading networks in the country, Vodafone has started taking pre-orders for Sony Xperia Z smartphone, which is expected to hit the market by the end of February. Also the model is 4G ready. The service provider has already cleared its intention that it is planning to launch its own 4G network in 2013 after the Ofcom Spectrum auction.
Vodafone says that the model is equipped to work with the super fast LTE network so that the subscribers can switch to 4G as soon as the Vodafone rolls it out. The official website of Vodafone has listed the model for free on line rental of £42 per month on a 24 month contract in which it offers unlimited texts and 2 GB of mobile data per month.

The first 1000 customers to order the device before 28th February will get a pair of Sony MDR-1R headphones for free. With so many mouth watering specifications the model was a big hit at CES 2013 where it was first unveiled.
